Lutheran Management Growth Program – Worldwide Lutheran Council

The Lutheran Management Growth Program (LLDP) is a two-year certificates program which goals to offer Lutheran church our bodies around the globe a chance to develop leaders who’re competent in each stable confessional Lutheran theology in addition to sensible expertise in management and useful resource administration, similar to organizational dynamics, activity administration, budgeting, strategic planning, and accountability.

This system is appropriate for individuals who want to develop in theological, pastoral, liturgical, missiological, apologetic, and sensible management within the context of an more and more hostile atmosphere for the church buildings of the Lutheran Confessions.

The LLDP is a certificates challenge of the Worldwide Lutheran Council working in cooperation with The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS), Concordia Publishing Home (CPH), and Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana (CTSFW). Whereas the LLDP is a program of the ILC, this system itself is run by CTSFW, whereas Concordia Publishing Home—because the main publishing home of world Lutheranism—offers publishing and useful resource help.

The preliminary value of the Lutheran Management Growth has been coated via a grant from Concordia Publishing Home. The house church our bodies of contributors within the LLDP may also be included as contributors to this system.
